10 pm is the best time to have sex!

Sex as a term has always enjoyed certain notoriety despite being the catalyst to evolution, courtesy some sex studies/surveys which have corroborated some of the most unusual facts about the physical union of humans. We bring to you some of those studies, which are nothing short of amusing!

10 pm, the best time to have sex

Not exactly a study carried by a university but a survey undertaken by the very famous Match.com, revealed that 10 pm was the most ideal time to have sex. Well, that's what 65 percent of men and 69 percent of women, who undertook the 'Singles in America' study of the website had to suggest. So, what's the plan for tonight?

Wait till you're 30 for awesome sex

You might be young and restless, but guess you'll have to wait till you turn 30 for the best sex of your life. A survey done by a leading condom brand found that 62 percent of 35- to 44-year-olds have sex once a week as compared to just a number of 18- to 24-year-olds, who find time to indulge in their partners once a week.

Men regret less sex, women regret casual sex

While men might forget a one night stand as easily as they forget to call back their mothers, women are the ones who ponder the most about casual flings. According to a study undertaken by University of Texas, the biggest sexual regret women have is having too much casual sex. Also, as per the researchers of the study, men keep on cribbing about not getting enough sex, even if they are having a healthy sex life!

Internet is better than sex

Believe it or not, a survey undertaken by SKYN condoms revealed that as much as 43 percent of people are ready to give up sex for a year, but they won't give up internet.

Casual sex can make you depressed

The idea of having casual sex might give to many, but according to The Journal Of Sex Research, doctors have found a link casual sex and mental health. A study called 'Risky Business: Is There an Association between Casual Sex and Mental Health among Emerging Adults?' has found higher levels of general anxiety, social anxiety, and depression among students who recently had casual sex.
